This new mobile application ensures a full proof and genuine meter reading system for consumers. The application optimises human effort, time, paper cost and maintain transparency in the billing process.

Siddharth Agarwal, CEO Mobicule Technologies said, “Our study showed that there were lot of consumer complaints being witnessed when it comes to electricity bill. There were questions being raised on meter reading. We are also in talks with both private and government electricity utilities across India as faulty meter reading are a common and increasing issue in most states.”
The msales utility mobile application helps the meter readers in getting all the information along with the customer database by just pressing a button. The new mobile app is designed to benefit the electricity distribution companies in terms of cost effectiveness, higher productivity of people engaged on meter reading, faster revenue realisation and ease of report generation.
