Lenskart implements cloud telephony solution from MyOperator

MyOperator has associated with Lenskart.com simplifying the latter’s daily operations at its backend, with its call management solutions. As per the agreement, Lenskart.com will be using a range of services from MyOperator, which entails CODAC, MisDial, Toll free MisDial, Conference, Promotional SMS, Singapore Toll free and Outbound Dialer. The partnership is aimed at the acceleration and mechanization of the backend processes, which not only make daily procedures more efficient, but also saves the company its associated costs.

Elaborating on the partnership, Mr. Ankit Jain, Founder & CEO, MyOperator, said, “Cloud Telephony today has become a major facet in the digitization of organizational operations. Our association with Lenskart is aimed at enabling it to tap the advantages of this fast growing technology. The absence of these technologies and services requires manual services incurring massive cost. It entails a dedicated team of employees and technology and resources to support them. Automating calls and integrating toll free number services reduces these costs to a great extent.”

Adding his bit, Amit Chaudhary, COO, Lenskart said, “Incorporating MyOperator’s comprehensive, cohesive technology has definitely eased our daily operations. Discussing the services in detail, Lenskart will use CODAC to automate verification calls for COD purchases on their portal. The MisDial service will be used to drive SMS campaigns for door to door eye checkup aimed at new customer acquisition and engagement and the Toll free MisDial services will be used for Mobile app installation. Additionally, Lenskart is also using the automated conference for all top level executives, along with the Singapore tollfree number for calls landed in India.
