“I will not tolerate slippages, and the officials concerned will be held responsible for ensuring the time-bound implementation of the finalised plans,” said Khattar.

Expressing displeasure over the inadequate preparation of Aadhaar cards for 78.7 per cent of the population, the chief minister directed to ensure cent percent coverage of the residents of the state under the Aadhaar card preparation by June 2015.

He said that mobile enrolment centres should be formed in addition to the permanent enrolment centres, so that the uncovered sections of the population particularly the aged, the deprived and uninitiated rural population could also be covered.

While taking cognisance of the dysfunctional State Wide Area Network (SWAN), he asked the officers concerned to ensure that it becomes completely functional by May 2015.

Principal Secretary, Information Technology, Devender Singh informed the Chief Minister that the Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (HKCL) would ensure the enrolment of 5,000 trainees by March 2015 for providing them 144 hours of computer proficiency training for improving their employability and skills
