Kaspersky Lab appoints Pranav Bhayani as Technical Support Manager, South Asia

Kaspersky Lab, developer of secure content and threat management solutions, has strengthened its technical support in South Asia with the appointment of Pranav Bhayani as Technical Support Manager, South Asia. Pranav brings along with him 14+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical support management and partner enablement. Pranav will be responsible for managing the technical services, including technical support functions for B2B and B2C and pre-sales in the region.  

“We are ramping up our technical support in South Asia and Pranav’s addition to the team is a step in that direction. Pranav will work closely with our distributors and partners to streamline our technical support,” said Jagannath Patnaik, Director – Channel Sales, Kaspersky Lab – South Asia.
