G2A plans to invest in next-gen gaming platform in India

With expansion plans in India, G2A has big concern to improve customer experience at all level to change the face of gaming industry and offer online services to games.

G2A, an independent digital gaming e-commerce marketplace announced to create next generation gaming platform for game lovers across the globe and specially for India.

“Creating next generation gaming platform is our prime objective to serve our customers. For that enhancing customer interface in India is our top priority to pull more and more game enthusiasts. In digital buying selling, most of the customer face transaction issue and frustrating returnable policy. To overcome this issue, we are planning to improve the G2A Pay and G2A Shield and making it more customers friendly,” said Rohit Dahda, India Operations Head of G2A India.

Apart from selling products, creating a transparent transaction platform is also necessary for a successful marketplace. This led to a customer-experience-driven business model, which now, in its expansion, is challenged by the rising level of delivering the best possible customer experiences to new heights.

“G2A is expanding day by day in India and we are focused on improving customer support system that is very important in customer loyalty. Since we are only company offering digital gaming experience, we need to be more proactive in customer support system,” said Piyush Kankane, Master Franchise, G2A India.

During Gamescon 2015 at Germany, the company announced to invest an undisclosed amount to create more user friendly and high tech platform for online payment G2A Pay and customer redressal platform G2A Shield to support customers 24/7. With expansion plans in India, G2A has big concern to improve customer experience at all level to change the face of gaming industry and offer online services to games.

Till date G2A has invested €20 million Euros creating secure and guaranteed online initiatives that enhance customer experience services as part of the creation of their G2A ecosystem.
