Newgen launches mobile application

Newgen’s mobile application, ZapIn helps business executives, on-the-move, to capture customer information and instantly initiate its processing at the back-office. The key to the application is its advanced image processing that ensures high quality images and minimal size, making it viable to be transferred over an active data network.

The latest iteration of ZapIn improves upon its innovative features. Its advanced imaging capability has been further enhanced by the addition of features like face detection, auto background removal and smart cropping. ‘Instant policy issuance’ is another productivity enhancement feature of the latest version and solves a highly vexing operational problem for Insurance companies. Insurance premiums can now be calculated in ZapIn and based on the input data personalized policies can be generated and sent to the customer instantly.
